The address given however leads to a honorary consul without the right to issue visa. The nearest embassy of Iceland is located at London. Since Iceland is a member of the Schengen Agreement for travel it has made certain arrangements with other countries for issuing Schengen visa for tourist purposes. In Ireland this is done by the Swedish Embassy on behalf of Iceland.
