But yeah, I like those things when I travel, too. I also hated travelling back and forth to Aus, because it was a 26 hour plane ride– in the air, not including stop overs, so that part sucked. I would always get to Perth or Toronto and feel gross from travelling for so long. Planes need cabins like on cruise ships on certain trains. haha
@grace1686 That’s kinda where I’m at. I’ve done the cheap thing and it’s not really a VACATION for me. I can handle it, and there is a certain fun to it, but I’m not really relaxing, and it’s tougher to have a good time when you’re on no sleep. I like my sleep, dammit.

But also, I hear you on comfort being valuable in a travel situation, but is it weird that I’m into being uncomfortable? I dunno, I guess I like a challenge.
I really like comfortable travel too. I’d rather save the money and stay at a hotel than camp.
